Where is the Best Italian Food in Dallas, Texas?
My favorite dish is the shrimp portofino. We enjoy the food but find the atmosphere unpleasant because of how noisy it is, tables crowded together, and families with children who aren’t taught how to behave. Therefore, we no longer eat at the restaurant – we order takeout and eat at home. Much more relaxing and quiet. I have no complaints about the service. Most of the servers do their very best but occasionally they are too busy to give excellent service. Friendly employees. We’re just tired of eating at restaurants that have no insulation in the ceilings and where you can’t carry on a decent conversation.Pros + I love the drive-up take out serviceCons – Restaurant too noisy and crowded
I have been to a number of Italian resturants up and down 75 and Aboca’s is by far the most enjoyable. The food at Aboca’s is very good and inexpensive. Usually l have to take my food home, because the portions are so large. Sometimes it is better to split. Also, i haven’t had a single dish i didn’t enjoy. I reccomend the lamb, when it is on special, and the the Veal Saltimboca. The only drawback to the resturant is the wait time. When the resturant is full the waitstaff usually falls behind, but they always seem to make sure i am taken care of.
