Where is the Best Italian Food in Dallas, Texas?
Mama mia what a pizza! I Love love love their pizzas! I ate there three times last month! I usually get the margarita pizza, but the last time my vegetarian friend wanted to try the eggplant. I have to tell you I was shocked! I LOVE the eggplant too! It was sweet and crispy on top of the cheesy soft pizza. What a combination! I usually don?t like eggplant so I thought I was just going to pick it off ( big smile) , I ended up asking for more and the eggplant pizza is now my favorite! They have nothing bad on the menu! Try it all! I love the chopped salad at lunch too! Yummmmy! Go go go NOW! Pros + everything is excellent here!Cons – Parking if you don’t know… there is a lot next door, but a lot of street parking as well
After reading all reviews about this restaurant, I decided to try it out myself. I went on a very rainy day with my children. The bread was excellent hot and fresh. The garlic dipping oil was okay, it tasted like they used jar garlic, so it wasn’t my favorite. The potato soup I got as an appetizer was INCREDIBLE! I would visit again just for that. The service was quite attentive. My glass was never half empty and niether were my childrens glasses. I ordered the canneloni and it was rich and wonderful. I tasted a meatball, but it was dry and not tasty, but the lasagna was good. Oh, the house dressing is very delicious as well. All in all, I would go back, but it didn’t take the place of my favorite Italian Restaurant. If you want fresh bread AND olive/garlic dipping sauce try Abocas in Richardson!!! Their Chicken Aboca is to DIE FOR!!!Pros + Great serviceCons – Hard to find. It is hidden behing Avis on the access road of 75.

With a little assistance from Adelmo, we picked out four bottles of wine (a white and three tuscans) and had a nice experiment with wines that we have never had before. We ordered family style mussels, calamari, stuffed mushrooms, gnocchi bolognese, and beef tartare. Wowww. Lucky for us, Adelmo was visiting with a wine purveyor showing him some wines. He actually took a minute and let us try a prosecco that the salesman was tasting. Special indeed. Then for dinner, we had the waiter pick us six dinners that would go well with the red wines. All surprise we don’t care as long as its good. Well it was fabulouso. Veal osso buco, buffalo osso buco, veal parmigiana, lamb chops, meat lasagna, and rigatoni bolognese. We shared all the dishes and were more than satisfied. The bolognese is one of t
