Where is the Best Italian Food in Buffalo, New York?
I don’t think i’ve ever had a bad meal here. The chicken marsala is great! I like sweet sauce so I rate their sauce A+. My only complaint is the staff, they can be a little rude at times (not always and not everyone), some waitresses are very nice. And it’s VERY annoying when they are vacuuming the rug while your still eating. Pros + great foodCons – the staff (sometimes), vacuuming at night
Went to Romeo & Juliet’s for lunch a couple of days ago. What a fantastic decision. It is a bakery/cafe and from the very moment you walk in the ambiance/aroma transport you to Italy. We ordered an appetizer sampler plate and it was delicious, from the eggplant, to the goat cheese, to the prosciutto. We had personal pizzas for lunch, the margherita and Pizza con le verdure. Both were excellent. To finish we shared an order of Tiramisu, which I must say is the absolute best I have had in the city!!! Yes, it was that GOOD! The menu although short was quite impressive, with food/ingredients that tasted fresh and were not typical of other Italian restaurants in Buffalo. Our host/waiter was very amiable, charming and accomodating and the prices very reasonable. We are looking forward to going back to R & J’s very soon. Pros + Wonderful Food, Ambiance , Price

been there many times and never disappointed – great Italian dishes with a wide variety menu – the fish fry is very good on Fridays – recommend a reservation as they tend to get busy on weekends – restaurant started by a Buffalo legend and continued by his two sons – worth a visitPros + italian food, antipasto, prices
Besides the fact thatI’ve been seeing this restaurant all my life. The food is good and there are weddings there and after funerals there. We toasted my grandfather there and I won’t forget that.When I visit home I take people to the Como, and I buy take out to carry back home.Pros + icon for pine avenue, family based, good food
