My wife and I took my stepdaughter and her friend to dinner here last night. Our food was excellent. We had the Roasted Garlic Appetizer. My Chicken Marsala was very tasty, however the chicken breast was slightly overcooked. My wife had the Shrimp Romeo. It was very good and the girls had Spaghetti & Meatballs which were very good. Only one complaint. Our waiter had too many tables (counted 8) for a Friday night shift. He was long in bringing our bar drinks and he had to be asked for bread and olive oil numerous times. Otherwise, we enjoyed the piano player and the atmosphere. We will be back!Pros + Good Food, Easy Parking, Good AtmosphereCons – Waiter had too many tables!! C’mon Managers!!

My husband and I we’re planning on ordering from Austin’s Pizza one day but who knew they close so early at 8pm? So we decided to try Lamppost and we’re glad we did. It’s so much better than Austin’s and they serve more than just pizza. They’re lot more friendly too.I like the atmosphere. It’s a perfect place for parties. We’ve been going back to Lamppost since. ^_^Pros + Good food, Nice place, Friendly

Our neighbor turned us onto Rome’s. Their pizza is outstanding. The selection of toppings is the most extensive I’ve found in Austin. And when you get your pizza, it’s absolutely bursting with the toppings — they don’t skimp on anything. They have a chicken piccata pizza that is just spectacular. Actually, I don’t think I can pick a favorite combination. Everything that we’ve ordered from there has far exceeded our expectations. If you haven’t yet discovered Rome’s, then this is the time to get over there and fall in love with the place.Pros + Outstanding food, huge choice of pasta, salads, sandwiches and pizza toppings

My husband and I went on a Friday night recently. I went in having low expectations, knowing it was a buffet style restaurant and in my experience this usually means a wide variety of mediocre food, usually overpriced because of all the waste that is taken into account. Keeping that in mind, I wasn’t really disappointed. I was actually pleasantly surprised with a lot of the dishes, and I appreciated that the “chefs” put out small, fresh quantities of everything instead of enormous troughs. We had fun sampling all the different kinds of food, though there was too much to be able to try it all in one visit. Some of our favorites were pasta dishes, like Rigatoni Primavera, Pasta Rossa, and Fire Roasted Vegetable Lasagna. I also really liked the rotisserie chicken, and the meatloaf with balsamic glaze. Some of the vegetables that stood out were the broccoli limone, the butternut squash, and the summer squash. All the salads where pretty good, and the little mushroom toasts wer
