Where is the Best House Cleaner in Nashville, Tennessee?
Molly Maid has been cleaning our house for several years. At first we had to iron out a few kinks and then everything was okay. But for the past 18 months, they have changed out several crews and the work is inconsistent. Some visits they don’t even mop the floors, while for others, the floors are done but the counters are not wiped down.
I used the coupon contained in the Coupon Mint magazine to try out Domestic Angels. The lady on the phone was so nice! She was very accommodating; however had I known how awful the service was I wouldn’t’ve bothered. I ordered a 6-hour Fall Clean and got $26 off; bringing the total to $140. A lot of money, but I was really under the gun and needed the house clean. Well, it’s not even worth it for the time I missed out of work! I came home about four and a half hours in to find the cleaners gone. The floors were clean, some of the windows were done and the cabinets were wiped–but there was a thick layer of dust over most of the stuff I really needed done. Don’t even get me started on what the microwave and range hood looked like. There was trash in the bathtub and the toilet was NOT flushed–crazy! We keep finding items that were not paid attention to: for instance, pictures, mirrors and TV sets are not wiped down at all. Everyone I spoke to with the company was really super nice, so I
They have been cleaning my home for about a year now and they are doing an excellent job. If you have a problem, you call the main office and they take care of it right away and consider your issues very serious and top priority!Pros + very thorough, great follow through and good customer serviceCons – sometimes get new people (high turnover), price
When I called Dial-A-Maid, I was so impressed that they could schedule me the next day. During the cleaning session, the workers dropped and shattered a refrigerator shelf. I was charged for the time the workers spent cleaning up the mess they’d created and talking with their boss on the phone. 2.5 hours and $260 later, only my small kitchen and bathroom were partially cleaned. I called to discuss this politely with the owner. She insisted that I was lying about how long her workers had been at my house and that I wasn’t charged for the time they cleaned up the broken glass or the time they spent outside smoking. She did nothing to replace the misfitting fridge shelf I recieved as a replacement. I support local businesses, but I would never recommed Dial-A-Maid. Cons – overpriced, no customer service, RUDE!RUDE!RUDE!
