Where is the Best House Cleaner in Minneapolis, Minnesota?
They were very professional. They came to our home to do the estimate, rather then so many who price over the phone. It was very nice to be able to a face to the person who would be doing the work. The work was outstanding. They did everything we asked for and a little more. The price was a little higher then we expected to pay, but the service was worth every cent.
We employed these people for 3 months last winter, and during that time, I had 11 different individuals come to my home to clean on a bi-weekly basis. There was no consistency in people, methodology, and there was no opportunity to build a sense of trust with the constant change. I called management several times to try and figure out what the problem was, and they were rude while promising that we should have the same people week to week in vain, not to mention that there was a complete overhaul in management twice during that short time. No recommended in the slightest.Pros + Were available any day / time necessary.Cons – Lack of consistent cleaners, poor job, expensive.
I am so happy with the 1st time cleaning I received from this company! I had needed to hire a housecleaner for quite sometime at the point I finally hired them. I did a little checking around and I felt Distinctive Cleaning was the best fit for my home. they did such a nice job, and even washed all the floors on their hands and knees, WOW!!! They even cleaned the soap dishes and toothbrush holders! Moved alll my pictures on furniture when dusting. It was so nice!Pros + A clean house that I didn’t have to spend hours cleaning
