Where is the Best House Cleaner in Detroit, Michigan?
The ladies from American Freedom Maids did a good job in our house. It was not bad, nor was it exceptional. I would say average. They charge $78/hr, but have a minimum of $96 for 1hr 15 minutes. The ladies didn’t stay the full time, but told me to look through the house to find extra things to clean, which was fine. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the “extras” until after they left. They didn’t dust in all places. I found cracker crumbs (from my son’s goldfish crackers) still on the floor, and they only cleaned one side of the window. The sliding glass door was completely filthy on the outside from my son and dog. Also, I found a coupon for $20 off first clean that had no disclaimer on it stating a minimum clean time. At first, the ladies would not take it. I called the main office and the supervisor was nice, however, said she needed to call me back. She never did! I had planned on using them again, but will not. At the very least, she should have offered to honor my coupon to gain busin
I would not recommend this Merry Maid location to friends or family. The experienced cleaning team did such an unsatisfactory job, they even damaged and discolored the wooden sink vanity in my master bedroom. This was suppose to be a deep cleaning? Instead there was damage to furniture, and my home wasn’t cleaned well at all!!!Pros + CouponsCons – Terrible Service!
