Where is the Best House Cleaner in Austin, Texas?
I hired morehands to come in the day i left for a week to pick up my family out of state, hoping that we would come home to a clean welcome….. boy was i wrong.. I left on a Thursday moring and even taped 2 $20 dollar bills to a note thanking them, but when i got home, not only did i have to clean up trash all over my yard that they left in bags on the front porch, that racoons got in to, but they never even even touched the back room, the only one with carpet, they didn’t even touch my daughters room that had some toys scattered around. I cannot express my disapointment enough. they charged me $170 bucks to clean, sweep, mop, vacume and pick up/straighten up, a 3 bd, 2bath house, i left $40 in tip money. They knew i was leaving town, so it was obvious that they came in, sweep a little, and put trash on the patio. they didn’t even move dishes from the sink to the dishwasher….I cannot even give this review without chosing one star, otherwise, i would be giving them a ZERO…..
Just to let you know that Ron and Jackie Benish have worked for us for over a year now. They do a great job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. They are always friendly, helpful and take good care of our home. On several occasions, we’ve asked them to do special jobs for us such as changing the air conditioner filters and light bulbs. They are always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone. My Mom lives with us due to her advanced age and poor health and she is always home. Ron and Mom have a great relationship and Mom looks forward to their visits.
