My wife & I spent 4 nights at the Opryland hotel over the New Year Eve weekend. We are repeat visitors. Our experience with the check in desk was wonderful. We found them the be very friendly, cheerful, helpful yet professional through our process of checking in & out. The housecleaning staff mostly is extremely limited in the English language but always smiled & said hello. Our atrium room view was once again was simply beautifyl. We enjoy sitting on the balcony, watching the people and enjoying the beauty of the gardens. Our room & beds were clean however we did notice that the hotel is in desire needs of a comestic upgrading. Both inour room & hallways we noticed many places where the wallpaper was torn or coming off the wall. The carpets are in major need of a good cleaning especially in the high traffic areas.
