Where is the Best Hotel Pool in Charlotte, North Carolina?
The hotel was really beautiful and the service was excellent. We were disappointed that there was no outdoor pool (only an indoor one) but they do have a nice spa area, so we hung out there instead. Also, when we ordered a cab to go back to the airport, we were told we should use the hotel’s luxury car service. The employee did not mention that the car service was double the price, but luckily we had the insight to make her tell us a specific rate (since she claimed it was only a little more) They claimed that cab service is unrealiable and that it is better to use the luxury cars.
