Where is the Best Hotel Pool in Charlotte, North Carolina?
This hotel obviously caters to a corporate crowd, and the weekend we were there it was flooded with kids under the age of 13 or so attending a leadership training session. It’s located in the financial district which boasts an abundance of beautiful contemporary corporate architecture. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful and spent extra time with us…
Although I have not spent the evening at the Ritz yet, I did have a sneak peek a couple weeks ago before it opened. Here’s a small look at what you can expect, and I’m pretty sure you will not be left disappointed. From the modern fixtures and no detail left undone, it is the only property in Charlotte that can actually provide luxury. From the moment you walk in the lobby you feel welcome and like you are a wanted there. The dining room and bar area are combined almost in a free flowing, but defined space. Pros: clean, modern, located adjacent to great Charlotte entertainment & nightlife complex (Epicentre), nice center city location, well appointed guest rooms , free internet access Cons: a little tough to find (not well marked from the street), self parking instructions not clear (park underground…
This is a brand new Aloft, just opened at the end of October, and really is a great place to stay. The location is very convenient to everything in south Charlotte, the rooms and amenities are all top notch and brand new, and the staff there was very warm, friendly, and helpful. My only complaint was that the internet speed was pretty choppy, sometimes dropping while I was trying to work. I chalked this up to the place being open for about week, so I’m sure they’re still tweaking the web access. I hope to be able to stay here again sometime soon, and would absolutely recommend this Aloft to anyone looking for a cool, convenient, new, fresh place to stay in Charlotte.

The hotel is in a prime location, with great restaurants and the upscale SouthPark Mall within walking distance. We would recommend this hotel to a friend and would return without…
