Very Comfort Inn, rooms not plush, but comfortable. Breakfast was not great, but adequate. The pool was simple, although a bit cold for us. Minimal fitness area, but we walked outside as much as possible. Very convenient to the Railroad Depot, shuttles available to Airport, and downtown tourist area. Recently I was a guest to this hotel from out of town. When I checked in the young girl at the front desk was less than pleasent. She acted put out that I was there for my room. She had a very snotty air about her. That was first negative #1. Secondly after finally getting my room key, I got back to a room that was wonderfully clean. That made up a bit for the rude girl. My linens were fresh and the room bright and clean. After a nap I called for Room Service, which I must add took exactly 62 minutes for a Halibut Sandwich, the sandwich was cold and greasy, and the fries tasted as though they had not been fried at all, just rather sat in grease for a few hours then zapped in a micro. Needless to say, I found this hotel atrocious. The only saving grace was a different set of clerks behind the desk upon my checkout. One girl was very nice, she smiled at me as I was walking to the desk, yes sir, no sir, thank you come again, All the things rude girl should have said in the beginning. I do

The setting of this restuarant is one of it’s best features. Under new management (Fall 2000), the menu changed a bit, but basically it stayed the same. You can get the stables like Prime Rib, Halibut, Salmon, and it is affordable to take the family. They have a wonderful Sunday brunch that runs approx $15.00. Easter usually features shrimpand crab. Expect the typical hotel feeling when you walk in, but that is quickly removed when you see Lake Lucille street out across the entire side of the restuarant. It is one a just a few large restuarants that can cater to large (25+) groups.
