Where is the Best Home Repair in Houston, Texas?
This by far the worst customer service department of any service organization that I have ever experienced. I was scheduled for a 6:00-8:00 p.m. appointment and at 11:30 p.m. they were still making excuses and assuring me that the technician was on his way. By midnight (and after numerous calls from me) I was told that I would be the first call in the morning. After calling in the morning I was told that a technician would be out after they finish their next call (another lie). Not one of my calls was ever returned. ARS is the worst compnay in Houston hands-down.Cons – Technicians Late, Terrible Management, Unprofessional
After I bought my house, a tree knock down my power line. the first electrician I called never showed up. The second electrician I called showed up, took my money and said call the light company and they will hook back up your power. When I called the light company they said I needed a permit. I tried to call the electrician back but he never returned my calls. I called a third electrician- Universal Wiring. They responded the same day. Said the City would require some upgrades such as a ground rod but I could keep my breaker panel. They quoted me $400.00, made the repair and by the time they were done the electric company showed up and hooked my power because Universal Wiring was able to permit the job and expedite it as an emergency. I wish I would have called them the first time!Pros + Efficient, Professional, Courteous
Prior to contacting Roof Toppers, I had THREE other roofing companies work on my roof. NOT ONE of those companies was able to accurately identify the cause of my leaks and/or how to stop the water from coming in. A friend then referred me to Roof Toppers. I was very skeptical at first, because of the once-bitten-twice-shy phenomenon. However, I was bowled over, not only by the professionalism of everyone at Roof Toppers whom I met, but also by the quality of their work and the reasonable price that Roof Toppers charged me for actually FIXING my roof problems. Rafael was delightful to work with and made sure, through repeated follow-ups after his work was completed, that I was satisfied with the work done. I wish more people ran their businesses like Roof Toppers. People in the construction and repair businesses are notorious for taking your money, putting just any laborer on the job, and most could really care less about the quality of their work.
