Excellent communication all during the project. Costs were as expected and additional wood replacement that was needed was documented and appropriate. I am still finding nails and parts of shingles so I wish his laborers had done a little better in clean up. Mr. Harrell had his first child while this job was being finished and this distracted him from the final completion (very understandable). Otherwise his timeliness would have been rated Very Good also. Thanks for this service you provide.
Jason with Ideal Home Repair did a great job fixing a hole in our ceiling caused by a plumbing leak. It has been two weeks since Jason did the work, and it still looks perfect. Jason was also very efficient – within a few hours of calling his office, he called me back, set up an appointment for an estimate for the following day, and then made an appointment to do the repair that week. When I came home from work that day, Jason had already finished fixing the hole and painting the entire ceiling to match.
