Where is the Best Health Club in Austin, Texas?
There’s no question that the Hills is an upscale and inviting place to get in shape. I was especially attracted to year round swimming with both the indoor and outdoor pool, massage services, free help from a personal trainer to set up an exercise routine, and the diversity of the people I saw working out. I felt that I could work on my fitness goals and not feel embarrassed. The locker room is very nice and clean and the walking/jogging trail outside is really relaxing. It feels like walking through the woods. However, one of the most important things for me was that the Hills offered childcare. I tried it once and won’t again. They appear to have no procedure for checking children in and out. They didn’t ask me who I was when I dropped off and picked up my little one or ask for ID. Anyone could have picked up my child as there was different staff there from when I dropped my child off. I told them my child’s name when I left them, because the staff didn’t ask. From their perspective
After seeing all the recent awards and great reviews I am absolutely certain that I will be rejoining Body Business after my current gym membership is over. The gym I go to now is cheaper and has more availability in regards to hours, but those are the ONLY advantages. Everyone at BB makes you feel welcome and are genuinely happy you are there. If you are intimidated by gyms and the “mascots” that parade around at other gyms, then BB is the place to feel safe and actually grow and get healthy in a comprehensive way. The staff are very helpful and you really do look forward to working out! The members are also friendly and they have big open windows with a great outdoor view and beautiful scenery. My current gym has NO windows and lots of obnoxious televisions playing the latest J-Lo song, it’s filthy and the staff could care less that you are there. If you are looking for cheap that’s what you’ll get, but if you want genuine quality and better overall health, then BB is well
Have you ever been in a gym and felt conspicious? I dont know if you’ve felt like that, but I have. I have felt like the biggest girl in the gym, didn’t want to work out because of it. I haven’t felt like that since I started working out at Liberty. I have felt comfortable and motivated. I also am in the weight loss prgram, and It’s easy to follow adn I am actually losing weight. Everyone should do this. Pros + Great Facility! Cons – Not open Sundays
