Where is the Best Hamburger in Memphis, Tennessee?
If you like your Burgers BIG and JUICY then this is the place. Also the Pizza’s are GREAT, fresh meat and vegies. I have been all over Memphis and the Metro area and FoxRidge has the best comfort foods.The service is quick and friendly. Just don’t eat in when there is a party going on.I wish they would move. Newby’s is the classic bar. Old brick, red vinal booths, moosehead, 4 pool tables, huge patio, strong ass drinks, classic arcade games, 14 TVs, and killer music. It’s the bar that has been ever changing since the 70’s, yet really has never changed. Sure there’s always a new young crowd every year, but you’ll still run into the same regulars that have been coming for the past 15 years. The bartenders know everyones names and some have been there for 15 years…and of course we can’t talk about Newby’s without mentioning Chef Willie. Everybody knows him and he knows the clientel better than anyone. This place is a classic!Pros + Best Staff, strong drinks,, best musicCons – a bit smokey, roof leaks
