Stand at the counter for take-out and watch bags and bags of fresh breads being brought in from the bakery down the street, this will be the absolute best bread that you will ever have in your life to be used for a sub sandwich. Order the special which is everything (and more of it) with lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar, and peppers. Now, here is the key to the whole thing, bring home these magificent sub sandwiches, wrap them in cling wrap first then aluminum foil, put them in your refrigerator for at least a day before eating them. This will let the meats and cheese along with the extras marinade together and soak into the wonderful sub roll. Each whole special sub can make 6-8 nice sized sandwiches. You will experience not only the best sub at the Jersey shore; but the best hoagie, grinder, poor boy, dagwood, or whatever you want to call it…in the country. I had dinner here once back in 1997 while in Atlantic City. it was ok. usually you can’t expect much from the theme-type restaurants. I had the pork bbq sandwich which was pretty good. it’s cool to check out the rock and roll artifacts on display as well
