Where is the Best Haircut in San Antonio, Texas?
When I first walked in everyone was very friendly. I gave the receptionist my name and told her I had an appointment to see Sammie. It was great I didn’t even have to wait for my appointment Sammie finished with the customer in front of me and took me back immediately. I told her that I really need a change in color and I also needed help with my hairstyle. We discussed my options and decided to go with a medium brown on color and to go with a shorter haircut. I must say I felt very comfortable with our decisions. After she finished doing my color she cut my hair. I love the color it is Awesome and my new hairstlye is Great !!!!! Not only did Sammie take care of me that day she will continue to take care of me for now on. I will return for my future appointments with her because she is very knowledgeable about products and she took the time out to show me how to take care of my hair. After moving to San Antonio, I waited awhile to find a stylist and did a lot of asking around. I wasn’t happy with comments people gave me whether it had to do with price, personality of stylist, location, etc. After driving by one day I decided to give Image Makers a ?trial walk through? and see what salon products they offered and talk to the stylists. After talking to the stylists I deiced to give this salon a try because of how the staff treated me. They were so friendly and helpful and I’m very glad I did! Janet has been wonderful since I walked in the door. She is very friendly and bends over backwards to keep her clients happy. I’m a professional and part of the 40something crowd, so I don?t go to the extremes with my hair that I did back in the day, she gives me a style and cut/highlights that are right for me, so any age can be comfortable calling Janet. She can do funky or professional. She’ll LISTEN to you and will do everything she can to make you a happy satisfied client.
I have been with TINA for years…she is THE VERY BEST…highly experienced..she even trains the new color people….i do live closer to la cantera but i will make the drive to northstar mall just to see her. NOONE and I really do mean NOONE can do what she does to me…it’s just not the same. When she does my color she personalizes it just for me…then she recommended Patty…great haircuts & the styling…she actually blowdries it the way i like it….They are sooooo nice compared to the other visible changes at la cantera!!!!! If anyone is making a compromise just because of distance…it’s really not that far away..I WOULD RATHER BE HAPPY AND DRIVE THAN COMPLAIN ABOUT MY HAIR AND GO CLOSER TO HOME OR WORK….Pros + i feel great when i leave alwaysCons – just wish they were at both locations
I just moved to San Antonio and so searched long and hard for a hair salon that was reasonably priced and gave great results. I had grown accustomed to a wonderful stylist in North Carolina and was really nervous about finding a place here that didn’t give me massive “Texas” hair. Though I’ve only seen Stephanie Munoz twice (haircut and bang trim), I think she’s just about as close to perfect as I’m going to get. She’s really personable (making the overall experience really pleasant and relaxing), makes an incredible effort to understand your wants and needs, offers practical advice and tips, and gives fantastic results. PLUS, she offers free bang trims in between cuts. I really couldn’t ask for more. I also really like that the salon is small and not over-done, so you don’t feel awkward or out-of-place. I recommend Stephanie and the entire salon whole-heartedly. Pros + Stephanie is wonderfulCons – no complaints thus far
I have been following Kellie for the past 5 years and all I can say is that Avalon is lucky to have her. She is such a great person to be around and her energy is always uplifting. I always feel so invigorated when I leave and my face is bright and dewy and I don’t even need makeup. The stuff she uses smells so good I could eat it and I like that it is all natural and organic although I’m not a hard core follower of green products it’s nice to know she is doing her part. I live in Houston and will NEVER trust anyone but her. So needless to say I travel often so she can pamper me. Oh, and because I love massage my favorite part is the arm, hand, and neck massage. She has very strong hands and it’s not annoying like others I’ve been to. Oh, and unlike most she does EXTRACTIONS and although not totally comfortable it is gentler than most and she doesn’t just stop at a few….she gets them ALL!!!!!
