Casey is AMAZING! IMAGO is AMAZING! I just had my curly, frizzy, out of control hair cut for the first time in 2 long years. (The last person who cut it, they murdered it.) I sat down in the chair, scared that I was going to walk out with another horrible hair cut. Casey really went out of her way to make me comfortable with everything that she was doing and she listened to what I wanted my hair to do. She took her time and taught me how to care for my curly hair. When it came time for her to start cutting she cut one curl at a time and made sure that my hair was dry so it was not any shorter than what I really wanted. ( something that had never happened before) After she had cut off the dead damaged hair she did a conditioning to it and taught me how to wash and care for my hair on a daily basis. I am 29 years old and I have never known how to treat my curls, until today! She taught me how to style it with out it taking more than 5 min. (see time is a big factor for me… I have 3

I too, followed my previous stylist Carylee to Look. The salon staff was welcoming the second I walked through the door. Friendly staff and very professional stylist who made me feel comfortable. Carylee is great at working with the hair you have and showing off the beauty of it. I have curly hair and she did a wonderful job, so I plan on returning in the future. The salon itself is two stories with chairs downstairs and upstairs. I don’t mind paying more money at Look compared to a hair cuttery, because Look doesn’t make you feel like just another persons hair to cut.
