My friend Jim commented: “It’s an extraordinary collection of feminine beauty in one place.” But there’s more than outer beauty here; each of the ladies is a distinct and delightful personality. I’ve had a chance to observe and listen to the girls for six months since I’ve been coming here. My distinct impression is they are taking care of the needs of their friends, not mere customers. Their main goal is for you to be pleased with the results and will do all they know to achieve that result. The ladies keep up with the latest styles and trends by attending hair dresser conventions regularly. Finally, you’ll always hear the sound of laughter in Lush. You are guaranteed to leave in a great mood!
It was by chance that I first went to Splash about a year ago. I was visiting a friend on the Northeast side and needed my hair done, so after reading a couple reviews I called to see if I could get in. They worked me in that day.Going to Splash is the best decision I have made for hair, nails, and facials. It’s also a nice bonus that if you have to wait, or if you just want to, you can wander the boutique – they always have a great selection.I see Sarah Lamb for my haircuts and colors, and I’ve never been happier with a stylist. I still remember the first day and being surprised when I was greeted as soon as I walked in. When I sat down to get started with my hair, Sarah sat and talked with me about what I wanted to do with my hair, and it was nice feeling as though she genuinely cared about my input as this was something that always seems to be missing from other salons I’ve been to – especially on the first visit. Finally I have found a hair salon that meets my style needs and style budget! Today I had high/low lights done by Jessica and I was amazed at how she not only listened to my ideas, but carried them through and then did such a wonderful job styling my hair afterwards. I didn’t even have to go home and re-do it! For the past 4 years I have been hopping all over town to just about every spa and salon in Indy (you name it, I’ve probably been there) hoping to find one that is (1) close by (2) personable (3) not outrageously expensive for a stay at home mom’s budget (4) trendy & stylish. I knew it was out there, it just took me a while to find it. The salon is clean, calming, chic and like a breath of fresh air. I have been going to Headcase Salon almost a year. Melissa is wonderful. Her suggestions have always been just right for me. I feel like she gives me her honest opinion. She’s fantastic on the color and the cut. I have never been happier with my color and my hair looks more natural than it has for years. She is prompt and doesn’t make me wait like other salons have in the past because they weren’t in control of their schedule. Kelly and Ashley are so friendly and helpful.
