I have been going to Salon Surreal for over a year now. You will love the atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The place looks very modern and contemporary and just has an overall fun feel inside. The receptionists are always available to help you right away when you are checking in or simply have a question or two. No matter who your stylist is, they will offer you a drink and sometimes even a small snack. They really do their best to make you feel comfortable and make sure you are having a good experience. Not to mention, all of the girls there, and I mean all, look like supermodels. They all look so glamorous and it will make you feel like you are too! Back to the service: it is amazing! I’ve been going to Alicia for well over 18 years. Not only is my color terrific, but the cut always grows out so attractively. I always get compliments on my hair. Now, if I could only blow it dry and style it as well as Alicia does. I’m no salon diva, so I sometimes let 3 months go by between cut & color. But that’s because my hair still looks good – from day 1 to whenever I get myself back into the salon. She really listens to what I want when I want to change my hairstyle. I like it short, but occasionally will let it grow to medium length. The salon is friendly, coffee and goodies are irresistable. I haven’t taken advantage of the other services, other than waxing, but I like the camraderie of the staff and low-key atmosphere. Everyone needs to go here! Mood Swings was definitely one of the most accommodating Salons I have ever been to. The atmosphere was very inviting and relaxed and the overall spa experience was one of a kind. The services were above and beyond standards and most importantly very efficient. I would have no problem returning to Mood Swings in the future.
