Where is the Best Hair Salon in Las Vegas, Nevada?
It was my first time to a Salon in Las Vegas. Normally I gamble, or go shopping but this time around I was invited to go to a black tie event so I had to look fabulous. I found out about the GLOBE SALON through this site, and it lived up to it’s standards. I was greeted immediately the moment I walked in the door. It seemed really busy, so that was good. Everyone was smiling, laughing, focused, talking, engaged in activity, and just having fun. I had a good vibe. I felt really rushed because I was 15min. late to my appointment, but the manager really calmed me down with a beverage. My stylist was Leilani, or Lei lei. I have to say she was the best! She listened to exactly everything I had to say about what I wanted. Some stylist just assume right away right after 3 words. So she listened, and styled my hair EXACTLY (If not better) how I wanted my hair. She gave me a lot of advice on hair products, and recommended a Bumble and Bumble deep conditioning treatment that I purchas
If you are a guy with short hair just needing or wanting a good cut, this place is absolutely NOT WORTH the 50 bucks! After tip and product I spent over a $100. I’ve been in Vegas for 6 months and have tried the cheap salons, the $25 salons and finally the supposedly great place for $50. I swear that Supercuts (Trop & Hualapai) may have done a better job, if not the same. My hair was better before the cut & I should have the opposite feeling.Even the salon itself isn’t that big or nice. I feel ripped off & if I didn’t feel bad about making the girl look bad I would have complained to management. Where can I find a good stylist in this damn town?Pros + In the Palms, if you are already there.Cons – Just like any other place. Not worth the price. Doesn’t live up to the hype.
I found out about Denise on this web site, and I called her the next day.She was on time, up front about prices, and also would not make empty promises. I had colored my own hair dark, and she was able to lighten my hair over three days without destroying my hair. I also love that she is a fan of long hair, and did not push products down my throat. I did have to wait a week for an appointment, but well worth the wait. She did not answer her phone during my service, and has a sign on the door to her private room that reads do not disturb, which I think is great. She really does give each client her undivided attention, and I look forward to my next visit.Pros + On time, and great skill.Cons – Books up quickly, hard to get in last minute.
I can’t recommend anyone else at this salon, but I can 100% recommend Jimmy Stucki. He is a celebrity hair and make-up artist and will do wonders for you and your image. He will tell you exactly what cut, style, and color will best suit you. And, best of all, he is affordable. The only downside is that you can only pay with a credit card during certain hours. Additionally, it can be difficult to get an appointment with Jimmy.
I had a choice of what type of stylist I wanted -which was unique, I asked what that meant. I learned there are different experience levels among the staff. I chose the global Director Michael, even though the price was more than anyone else, you get what you pay for sometimes! I learned he actually trains the rest so they all must be pretty up to par :)I needed a global straightenr-and my daughter needed her ultra curly hair shaped. He had Sam (i believe) do an amazing cut and style out! the whole team treated us like VIP’s. The Services where all that we hoped for and the experience was informative and luxourious!No problom paying for his level of talent, service his type of professionalism is a lost art!We are GHH salon customers for life!!Thanks to all of you!btw: Good luck with a speedy recovery to your front door (car drive through ;( ) BigPrayers!Pros + Very cool Music-cappacinos, water in a nice glass!Cons – new to area so i was nervous to the unknown quality-
