I WAS REFERRED TO ANGELA PACKER FROM A CO-WORKER, I HAD ALWAYS ADMIRED HER HAIR! I HAD TO WAIT A FEW WEEKS TO GET IN WITH ANGELA AND LET ME TELL YOU, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! ANGELA CONSULTED WITH ME AND TOOK HER TIME LISTENING TO ME. I HAVE HAD BAD HAIRCUTS IN THE PAST, SO I WAS VERY NERVOUS, SHE GAVE ME A CUT THAT I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED! I AM NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!! ANGELA IS THE BEST!THE SALON IS VERY COOL, THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT AND FRIENDLY, EVERYONE WAS LAUGHING AND TALKING. I FELT LIKE I HAD KNOWN THEM FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE A GREAT VIBE THERE…I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY NEXT HAIRCUT!I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THE CHAMBERS PACKER STUDIO.I FOUND OUT THEY HAD CHANGED THEIR NAME. I am a frequent customer at Ambience Salon and Spa. The service is top of the line and they do the best work in the city! They are very friendly and sanitary. I completly disagree with the other comment- I love this place!! I always leave with a great look and style! I disagree with the review that was given on 9/28/05. Tanya’s place is great. I am a customer and I have never had any problems. Sometimes customers can be wrong, but don’t like to admit it. Yes its a known fact that in the customer service business the phrase ” the customer is always right” is the main motto. But sometimes that just isn’t so. Sometimes customers can be snobs. At Tanya’s Image and Wellness salon they do their best to help you whether it be your getting a new hair style or a basic massage. Everyone who is a customer wants to get the best treatment, I mean who doesn’t but if there is a problem talk to the person in charge and if your not satisfied get an answer until you are.
