Where is the Best Hair Color in Milwaukee, Wisconsin?
I went to the new urban salon from the referrals read on this site. It was everything that people had said. They were a bit late, which is always annoying but Emily who did my hair was great! She consulted with me for about 15-20 min. making sure we were on the same page. My hair had some bad color from the past and she was able to fix the issues so that you can’t see my roots anymore, even under my old highlights, without damaging my hair. She also added in some extra highlights and only charged me for the color. The pricing was less than half of what I am used to paying and the service was twice as excellent! She also cut my hair and did exactly what I asked. She taught me how to take care of my hair so it wouldn’t break off from the processing and how to style it as well. I would recommend her to anyone and I am most definitely coming back. The people there were so nice. Usually when I go to a place this cool the people act like they are too cool for a person like me who shows up in jeans. I liked the fact that they have this whole envirnmental thing going on. Someone at the desk was telling me how the mirrors are recycled copper from the roof somewhere in New York or something and they have wind powered energy and they redid the lighting. I can’t remeber but I really respect that. I went to Alyssa for color and she did the best color and cut i have ever had. Terri did my pedicure they have these chairs that go up and down and are the cleanest I have ever seen. Went with my sister to wait while she got her hair cut. I watched as Casey worked wonders on my sister’s hair. He was amazing! I really mean amazing! I asked if he could do something with my straight, flat, thin, hair as well as deal with my horrible widow’s peak. He did a fabulous style! Everyone that knows me has made a comment how they like the way my hair is cut. I mean everyone! – From my mail man and sanitary worker to the director that I work for. Casey thank you for doing wonders! When are you coming out to the San Francisco Bay area? You could be busy for a long- long time! I have gone to expensive hair stylists in the bay area but none have come close to the style that you found to fit me perfectly! I just moved to Milwaukee and wanted to go to a spa to relax and pamper myself. Spa Roma is an exquisite looking salon. I got lost trying to find it and the owner of the spa was very friendly as I called frantically every few minutes for directions. I have to admit – I’m a spa junkie. I usually spend a day at the spa every month and I’ve gone to many of the big named spas across the country. Although not at the level of a Burke Williams, Spa Roma is pretty decent. I chose the spa because they specialize in using Dermalogica products, which I’ve used for the past year. The young woman who did the facial did not do a great job. I know my skin – the good and bad – and asked specifically for extractions in certain areas. She did not extract in those areas and tried to upsell me on products that I do not use (which I kept explaining to her). The massage was great.
