I worked in the beauty/hair industry for 3 years and I have to say that I have never found someone who does hair like Keri! She listens to what you want, tells you what really goes with your face, and then adds her own creativity to it!I went to Keri about 7 weeks ago for the first time, and I have always gone to the same woman for nearly 4 years.. so I was nervous. Keri had her work cut out for her. Needless to say, I had what they call a “bad box job” – or in other words, orange roots and platinum ends! It was a color correction… but Keri jumped right in and provided the best solution. When I relocated to Texas from Florida nearly 3 years ago, I was dreading the hunt for a new stylist. I was referred to a place by a former friend and it turned out to be a hack job. I had no clue where to turn when a co-worker referred me to Tonia, who was able to fit me in immediately. Once in the chair, I received a full evaluation of my cut, color, highlights, etc. I was so impressed with the time Tonia took to listen, evaluate and make recommendations. The rest is history…I look forward to my appointments and catching up with Tonia on life. She always listens to what I am contemplating doing to my hair and then she gives me her expert opinion. I now have healthy hair as well as a friend for life!The salon is upbeat, funky with an awesome atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly – Matt always says hello when I walk in the door and Tonia greets me with a hug. They are like family and I am so grateful for that co-worker referral back in the day. Mariam took the time away from her shop to fly from texas to Boston to take care of all the makeup and hairstyles for all my daughters wedding party. She is the best I have ever known and as a human being she is warm and friendly and just an all around good person. I will always follow Mariam around no matter what city or state she ends up in! Been following her for over 15 years now. I love this woman!! My daughter also flies in from Boston just to have Mariam do her hair.
