I read the last review and still went to see Cardio Club. I was really impressed with the gym and joined that day. I have been a member for a month now and think this is the best gym I have been to.

I have lost over 70lbs! The workouts are amazing and the staff makes sure I have a lot of fun. The prices cant be beat. All the trainers have degrees and certifications and they train clients on state of the art equipment in our own individual private training suites.Pros + Talented trainers, safe clean environment, affordable prices, excellent support.

I would not recommend this gym and am cancelling my membership. They have no air circulation and it is warmer then most offices. When I questioned it they said temp is controlled off site and I had to call corp. I called the corp and they advised me none of their gyms have fans and they are all set at 68 degrees. I am typically cold but during a work out with elevated body temps 68 degrees is too warm. They have no plans to change the temp nor will they be adding fans simply for circulation.
