The Calhoun Beach Club offers several venues of upscale living. It has a great, quieter athletic club. Machines & free weights are readily available. The indoor pool is wonderfully warm in the cool months. The outdoor pool has a luxurious atmosphere in the spring/summer and has staff available to get you drinks/food while you lounge. . The luxury apartments in both buildings of the complex are completely amazing and offer the highest quality craftsmanship with almost every ammenity known to man. The apartment units are currently being upgraded to meet today’s evolving standards. The location is perfect for those who want to be near the lake district and Uptown/downtown Minneapolis. The major downside to this property is the apartment management. They project an image of great service and community but once you sign the lease, good luck on getting them to follow through with their promises! They also do not promote lease renewal by current renters by greatly increasing the rent
