Where is the Best Gym in Las Vegas, Nevada?

I have been training with Kai for over three years. I first met her a few months after having knee surgery. My medical rehab took me only so far; and being a former athlete, I did not want to accept having physical limitations with regards to my knee. That?s when I enlisted Kai?s help. She was able to design and implement a program that allowed me to regain the leg strength I lost as well as a full range of motion for my knee, something my doctor was not sure I would ever get back. I had worked out on my own off and on for many years. Then I met Kai, who changed the definition of working out for me. She has improved my overall strength, stamina and quality of life. My energy level is up, and I feel I am getting more accomplished each day. Kai loves what she does, and she walks her own talk. I have worked out with her two to three times per week for over three years, and I don?t believe we have ever done the same workout twice. I have enjoyed her total body approach to fitn

I went to Fitness 19 in the very early morning with a friend to try it out since it is closer than the gym I am actually a member of. Since I am from out of town I thought they would be happy to let me try it out for a few visits to see if I wanted to sign up. They wanted to charge me $10 for a day or $40 for a month. I thought this gym was known for their low rates. Also, I had a coupon for a low monthly rate that says no enrollment fee, what the coupon failed to include was the $49 lock in fee. Which in retrospect isn’t a huge amount, but I am paying dues for another gym and as of now I am not sure how long I will be in town so I was unsure if it would be worth it. My friend, also from out of town, had received a month pass for only $25 (a non-local rate) which I asked for. The answer I received was that as of the last few weeks they no longer offered the $25 rate because of rising gas prices. This is a gym right? Why would they raise their rates only for out of town guest pa

I registered via phone a few weeks prior to going to Vegas. Upon arrival I was told that I missed my date. I specifically double- and triple-checked the date when scheduling as I didn’t want to miss my appointment. I wasn’t even in Vegas the day they had me scheduled. I was treated extremely poorly by the staff and they blamed me for the problem. The Hotel manager had to refund my money and offered me a comp night at the Hotel. It didn’t make up for the missed day and I had to spend my day in my hotel room, my hubby was at a meeting and I couldn’t find him. Stay away from this spa and find another. I HIGHLY recommend the spa at Mandalay Bay (my hubby set up appointments there for me because he felt so bad about what happened at the Rock Spa).Cons – , poor customer service

Out of all the fitness facilities I have ever joined, “It Figures” is the only one that I have truly enjoyed! I have lost weight and inches ( and kept it off), made some new friends and really love the no brainer, 30 minute hydraulic resistance circuit training program that they have! I have been with them since they first opened and it is the only fitness program that has ever worked for me. Everyone is friendly and helpful and I love that they have no enrollment fee and the monthly fee is extremely reasonable! I highly recommend it to all women!!
