I came to Helios Center for movement in search of a means to improve my flexibility, but was welcomed into a wider world of knowledge about my body and how it connects and responds to movement. Studio owner and pilates pro Jenna Wilayto has been an inspiration to me and pleasure to work with. She has a thoughtful approach that is both educational and challenging and an uncanny ability to impart technical knowledge to her students in a very relatable way. I’m pleased to report visible progress in both my strength training and core muscle development over the past several months. I’ve also been able to apply these learned techniques and proper form to enhance my weight-lifting routine. Helios makes working out enjoyable and is a place that I look forward to spending time — it’s clean, modern, comfortable and inviting. Pros + Expert instruction, new equipment, clean and welcoming environment
