Where is the Best Group Dining in Phoenix, Arizona?
In a recent visit to the Chandler CCF my friends and I were commenting on how through even tough times like we are going through right now and in the middle of our brutal Arizona Summers, that this restaurant is still busy and full of energy. The waiters seem to enjoy there jobs and it is evident in the caring service they provide. We eat there often and almost every special occasion involves a trip to the Cheesecake Factory as it is everyone’s first pick. As crazy busy as they are and as big as there menu is as well as the restaurant itself, they seem to pull it off like they are tying there shoes. Many businesses sadly will come and go during times like these but this restaurant is absolutely here to stay. Pros + BEST Food & Service for the Price in townCons – No Happy Hour
The food was great (especially the lobster bisque) but they can definitely use improve on customer service. Went there with a couple of international guests for a dinner, thinking we would impress them with the great food, wine and service. Well, at least we got 2 out of the 3 since the waiter forgot my steak! My meal finally came out after everyone almost were done with theirs!! You would think the manager would come by and apologize for the mistake or comp a desert on the house…..NOPE! Would I go back? Probably not because I can get far better service at Morton’s or Ruth Chris. Pros + Lobster BisqueCons – Customer Service
I don’t have kids, but am like one. My bf’s friend took us there when we visited Scottsdale. I had a hankering for ribs and this place satisfied it. I should’ve gotten the ribs and chicken combo, because I had a bite of my bf’s chicken and it was a great. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was good and the desserts were a great way to top off the meal. Kids would have a great time looking at all the stuff in that place, from police badges, to all sorts of different locks and keys to all the ties hanging overhead.Pros + Good parking
