Where is the Best Furniture in Portland, Oregon?
A store with a clever name always catches my attention, and this one didn’t disappoint. Located on a corner in the heart of the Pearl, this store specializes in traditional and contemporary slipcover and upholstery sofas, along with other interior accouterments. If your home or loft requires custom sizing, that’s not a problem, and neither are design and finish options galore.
Besides having design events occasionally housed at the largest built DWR studio their selections of furniture are wonderful (even though their price point is enough to give some people pause). Then again, you really don’t find original or licensed reproductions of great design in many stores so the price, to those fascinated by design, becomes secondary. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive whether you are looking for a brand new look in your home or if you’re just browsing the rapidly expanding selection of furniture. It’s a much appreciated extension to a city that to beautiful city that is becoming more cosmopolitan by the dayPros + attentive, good designCons – competative parkin
This is a great store. There is always something unique to find at these stores. Great for arranging a gift basket for a friend or family members. Many items to choose from. I wish the Washington Square Mall location would expand. One word of caution: The Elephant Trunks do stain very easily, even having a coaster on it. Pros + Variety, Reasonable PricesCons – Average Service
