Where is the Best Fireside Dining in Hartford, Connecticut?
Letter sent to Cugino’s…”We came to your restaurant at 6:00pm for dinner and were seated quickly. However, it took 10 minutes for water to come and 15 minutes for bread. 1/2 hour later, we were still there without one waiter coming by. After 35 minutes, I walked up to a waiter to ask for help. He dismissed me, telling me to speak to someone else. I asked another and was told someone was coming in a very dismissive manner. We patiently waited 45 minutes, looking forward to a relaxing dinner that turned into a very frustrating experience, before deciding to leave. Had there been a simple “Thank you for waiting or for being patient” I would not have minded and would have understood that busy nights with understaffed restaurants do happen now and again.
