Where is the Best Fine Dining in Cleveland, Ohio?
We ate at Mallorca in April. Overall, we liked it very much. The salad with house dressing was very good, and we liked the crusty bread. We all ordered from the specials rather than getting regular menu items. The veal chop stuffed with seafood was outstanding, tender and delicious. The broiled lobster tail which accompanied it was dry and boring….
My first experiance here was Amazing!!!! We ordered the steak and I and never had a steak that tasted so good in my life (we still talk about it.) It was like butter. I took my boyfriend a few months later as he was leaving town and wanted a great final dinner only to apologize to him later. After we had talked it up so much he was as let down as me. The dinner left much to be desired. The steak was average and way too much veal on the menu. The atmosphere was still amazing and the staff was even better. The owner (his son?) was very charming and an old fashion gentleman. The waiter was older gentleman who obviously had alot of fine dining experiance. I hope it was just an off night because as much as I was let down the 2nd time the first time is still such a good experiance I will surely be back! GREAT Atmosphere!
Stayed at the InterContinental for a conference at the Cleveland Clinic. As the previous reviewer noted, the rooms are quite nice, immaculate, have comfortable linens, minibar, coffee maker, etc. Bathroom was large with a separate tub and glass-enclosed shower, as well as a lighted make-up mirror and granite counters. For the most part, the staff, though, seemed oddly anxious.and detached….
