Where is the Best Family-Friendly Hotel in Austin, Texas?
Just wanted to try a new place for a pastry and espresso. The cinnamon roll is actually out of croissant dough– at least it tastes that way. Yummy! And Illy coffee is always a nice treat. If you are going to dish out a few bucks at the chain across the street… Don’t. Just fork out a dollar or two more and get something made in house at the 1886 Bakery!Pros + Nice quiet, reserved, and beautiful interior character
About , Tangerine”s . We love the dance floor. We know the club for about four years , we go there every Saturday, we have a great time. It is a good atmosphere, you can relax and dance. Is true, some times the music, is to loud, and the DJ, play some weird songs, no buddy understand. After all what the club need, A GOOD MANAGER. Such a shame no one there give dam about. We know Tangerine”s club is under Renaissance Hotel management, but look like they don”t care, to improve the quality, it is about community. Now because no one cares, they want to close the place, we don”t know if is true or just a roomers.? It is very sad to see this happens, many people like us , are going to miss this place. WE HOPE THEY WILL KEEP THE CLUB OPEN…. POSTED BY ONE COUPLE .
this is a nice place to go for a quick getaway…..it has quite a few amenities to offer on site…..the pool is great, very attractive and fun…..good for families as well as couples….only drawback was that food was mediocre at the bar and buffet restaurant…..rooms are very nice…..the resort itself is nicely removed in a very private and remote area……great customer service and friendly, helpful staff……i inquired with the front desk about how i could possibly purchase the shower gel provided in the rooms, as it smelled very nice…..and to my pleasant surprise, one of the receptionists gave me a bag full of at least 15-20 small travel size shower gels to go!!! and she still asked me if there was anything else i wanted!!!! excellent service, though rooms are priced on the higher end……but you definitely get what you pay for!!
What a great hotel! great price, great service and nice rooms. The beds had fluffy bedding and so many different kinds of pillows from firm to super soft feather that I had a hard time deciding which one to pick. What a great idea! I always think pillows are too hard in a hotel and they nipped it before I even had an opportunity to think that. The location of this business hotel was right off of 35 and 5 min from downtown. The management was around walking the lobby area at all times, so very accessible if you needed anything and the hotel over all was very nice. The decor in the lobby is Austin Western and the restaurant has the biggest chairs to sit in I have ever seen in a restaurant on a hotel, actually in any restaurant. The waitress that served me was very nice and efficient as well. They have nice buffet Breakfast, lunch and dinner at a reasonable price or you can order off the menu. I snacked on the tortilla chips and salsa and I think they made both from scratch, the
