Where is the Best Family-Friendly Dining in New Orleans, Louisiana?
given that my friends had low expectations when we checked out this place, we were pleasantly surprised that the food was okay. i had the heavenly shrimp platter (or something like that) which consisted of the chili shrimp (steamed, i think, and dipped in chili sauce), coconut shrimp (fried), regular fried shrimp and some stuffed shrimp (fried). everything was just ok — not bad but not great either. a friend had the shrimp etouffe and i think she enjoyed it. another had a past dish with shrimp and that was ok. some friends did not enjoy the hush puppies. we all shared a sampler appetizer (steamed shrimp, artichoke dip,m chicken tenders and some other thing i don’t remember) and i though that was just ok… note, that the chicken tenders was not fried but soaked in some kind of barbecue sauce. the service was friendly. the restaurant had the cute forrest gump theme. the servers asked trivia from the movie (did you know that sally field played the mom AND a reporter?). that bei
