Edina Grill is a nice, casual restaurant with tasty food, however I disagree with the rating of it being kid friendly. There were very few items on the menu that either my 4 or 6 year old would like. Hamburgers, pancakes and a grilled cheese sandwich were really only the food items either might eat. They did not offer a “kid menu”. Also, the restaurant did not offer a kid like activity at the table such as crayons and paper. It is noisy so your neighbor at the next table won’t be distracted by your crying kid but at least they offer wine and beer so you can take the edge off. Go to Edina Grill for a date night not a family night.Pros + good food, hipCons – noisy, not kid friendly, limited menu

After reading an article in Delta’s Sky Mag, my boyfriend and I decided we needed to make a trip to Punch Pizza. One lazy Sunday afternoon (yesterday), we decided it was the perfect day for it. We inform the server that it was our first visit and she was very helpful in explaining the menu and how things at Punch work. She told us that their pizzas are make approx 10 inches and couples will generally order a salad or Antipasti along with the pizza, if the plan is to share the pizza. We ordered the Artichoke Dip along with the Vesuvio pizza, both to share. The artichoke dip had EXCELLENT flavor and lots of big chunks of artichoke, something commonly missing from most restaurants version of this dish. I think our conversation went something like this: ‘If this is any indication of what the pizza will be like… I have high hopes!’Once the pizza arrived we both dug right in! Slowly chewing and taking in all the flavors of this pie we exchange looks and decide we made a good dec

I went back to this Buca after tried it once at a different location many years ago and was pleasantly surprised. I guess the people I went with didn’t know what good food to order. I had the Grande Tomato Salad, Shrimp Parmigiana, Green Beans, and they are all excellent. I ate so much I almost hurt myself. But I have to say the more ordinary italian dishes are not too interesting, like the spagetti and meatballs, beef tenderloin cacciatore, and the fried calamari was also disappointing. I’ve been to the Maple Grove location twice and both times the place is empty. If you hate crowds, you need to go during non-rush hours, such as early weekdays and weekend lunches.Pros + good parking, fun atmosphereCons – overeating tendency

Broder’s delivers the perfect recipe for relaxation and flavor, but should consider the customer’s experience a little bit more. The ever circulating menu – though still wonderful – is recirculating upon itself a lot and it seems needs some new inspiration from the outside. That said (and in an impossible catch-22) don’t’ change a thing. Broder’s is the perfect summer evening retreat. For love, or for loss.Pros + Still one of my favorite restaurants.Cons – Noise and Light Levels

Ring Mountain Cremery Cafe is a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. They have live music weekly and lots of seating. They have a cozy little corner with squishy chairs and boardgames for people who want to be up close and personal with the musicians, and they have booths tucked back on the other side of the room for those who would rather converse and see the music from a distance. They also have some seating outdoors.Ring Mountain has TONS of ice cream and gelato flavors, all of which you can taste if you want to! The service is phenomenal, as well. They have a top notch team of workers who are friendly, cheerful, excited, and helpful. Even though it’s quite busy at times, the line runs smoothly and the workers are extremely patient if you need to ask questions and taste flavors before making your decision. Besides doing their work well, they’re nice and fun and easy to talk with! As a server myself, be friendly to them because they’re a GREAT bunch of people! The
