We went during lunch hour downtown, so yes any restaurant will be busy then, and yes our server was polite and apologetic, but I’m still going to complain that whoever is managing this restaurant is leaving a bad impression with making people wait to be seated, and lots of staff just passing by with blank stares not offering to seat them or even talk to them. We waited like this for about 10 minutes before one girl reluctantly asked us how many were in our party. Then it took 35 minutes to get a set of hamburgers…please! (Yes to be fair the food was decent). Okay, try like having a DEDICATED host person during the lunch hour, and busing the tables promply with a DEDICATED bus person, and then have the rest of the people waiting tables. Instead of everyone doing everything in a haphazard confused manner with attitude. It was very clear the manager had the day off…Pros + Pretty good food. Good service too if you ever manage to get a tableCons – No concept of handling

Had a great pizza at Bastien’s. It was a flat square vegetarian pizza. Very good, the salad came with the restaurants own dressing which was low fat. The bread sticks were also very good and came with pizza sauce. The service was very quick and friendly.

Great atmosphere and relaxing environment for a casual lunch with friends. Their noodles are delicious and can get slightly pricey, but who…

I used to be a big In ‘N out fan until a friend told me to try Fatburger. Both chains are from California, but that is where the similarities end.Fatburgers are made to order, which is great, but there is something about the taste of the burger that gets me everytime. I can tell they use high quality ingrediants–the cheese for instance tastes like real cheese and the lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. My wife always gets the turkeyburger. I have to admit–I like it too.The onion rings are killer. Probably the best I have ever had. Ever.If you go, make sure you get one of the milkshakes. They are the icing on the cake- The bun on the burger.

I remember back in 2001 when there was a new shopping center that opened up in Lone Tree and saw a pizzeria opening up called Santoro’s Brick Oven Pizzeria. My wife and I were very excited that we were getting a neighborhood pizzeria. When we went in for the first time and tried the pizza we were hooked. Superb freshly made salads, the pizza was heavenly and the sandwiches brought back fond memories of our east coast vacation. Of course I tried the cheese steak for lunch at one time and thought I was in Philadelphia. Santoro’s has been a regular staple of my family get togethers and we always feel welcome with the smiles from the employees. Since 2001 we have always been there for family events, and the new expansion really has made it easier to be seated faster in this popular restaurant. Our next time out to Santoro’s will be to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. We’re really looking forward to it.Pros + Great neighborhood, personable employees
