Where is the Best Family-Friendly Dining in Cincinnati, Ohio?
The lunch menu has personal size portions and not just the dinner family style ones. Some of the pictures in the restaurant were a little surprising. I don’t think I’d want my children looking at them! Food was good, the server was great…my sister and I really enjoyed ourselves (probably mostly each other’s company). Eating lunch with her would even make Rally’s taste ok…well, on second thought…
My family and friends have enjoyed going to Montgomery Inn for years. I was so disappointed this past Valentines Day with the up-charge on my cocktail. Mind you the charge was only a dollar but it is the principle of the matter. You are asked up or on the rocks. I was charged an additional dollar for my cocktail because is was on the rocks. The profit is at least 900% on a drink–why charge more? This is the only restaurant that charges more for ice. The manager said they pour 1/2 oz more. I don’t think so–my drink was weak. He also said my waitress or bartender should have informed me at the time. This is sneaky and one more way to make a profit off most consumers who don’t bother to look at their bill or for those who won’t bother to ask. I hesitated at first but felt it is wrong(a hidden charge) what they are charging for a cocktail. I love your ribs and will continue to come but a cocktail I will pass on.
