If I could live at La Belle Day Spa, I would pack my bags immediately and head straight there. This full service spa features services such as massages, mani/pedis, haircuts, facials and even clinical procedures; talk about your one stop shop! The atmosphere is so relaxing in this small but luxurious spa, that you forget you are in the heart of Union Square. At $25 for a manicure and $50 for a pedicure this place is a little pricey for your regular upkeep, but everyone needs to treat themselves (or others) once in a while and La Belle is the perfect place to do so.

I am so grateful to a friend who suggested that I go to Thomas at the Chakra Salon for a haircut while I was visiting in Marin County. What a marvelous experience!! My hair is very curly and white – each of which equals unruly! I was unable to control it – much less style it. Thomas was engaging – delightfully friendly, professional to the core, and amazingly gifted with shears – a true stylist in every sense of the word! Enough time has elapsed since Thomas cut and styled my hair that I have found that my hair has grown in such a way that I can still “deal” with it – for the first time in my life!! 🙂 I hope to be able to fly to San Francisco to make an appointment with Thomas for my next haircut and to be encouraged by his warm, caring, friendly manner. He is a well versed, intelligent person whose conversations are provocative. A real winner!! Be sure to go to Thomas at Chakra if you want a superior hair cut, a beautifully flattering style that is easily manageable aft

In general I don’t like spas because it’s so hard to get quality and cleanliness rather than all of the dumb bells and whistles that are so appealing to the inexperienced. I love Evo because it seems as if it’s creators have seen it all before and have done their best to create something exceptional. Where can you find that anymore at any price? Some of the exotic treatments are really fantastic. I’ve gone for many a Hungarian facial. The Kaya Kalpa treatment is not to be missed, and I’ve been assured by people who know the art from the inside out that it’s the real McCoy, something nearly unknown even in India.I’ve found the staff to be genuine and straightforward and without the general smarminess of Mill Valley.Although everybody has their own experiences wherever they go, my own experiences at Evo lead me to discredit the conspiracy theory regarding the positive reviews and wonder if the reverse is not the case. My feeling is that once you walk through the doors at Evo, your c

Everything, from the decor, the staff, and to the service….it’s absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never been to any skin spa or treatment before, but the service they provide is exceptional. With their warm greeting and smiles, it definitely makes you feel welcomed and at ease.Angel has been treating me since late Sept and she provides very good service with the most friendliest attitude. Lisa, Angel, and Jennifer are VERY friendly and easy to get along with. All great people. Stepping in for the first time they make you feel you’re right at home and everyone is so easy to talk to.As for the treatment I have been getting has drastically improved and is getting MUCH better, thanks to Angel; Despite the amount of pain and tears I’ve shed from it…ok I was kidding, but all seriousness it has been nothing, but a great experience. Really. I’m satisfied with the work performed on me and I won’t hesitate to come back for more.Pricing is very reasonable. And I would say it’s definitely wort

Lori’s been helping me with my problematic skin for a few months now with facials and it’s been truly amazing. She’s works with your lifestyle and doesn’t push products on you. Instead she takes them away going back to the basics. So far so good! Though my skin hasn’t cleared up completely, but I can see and feel it getting better. It’s much softer and not as oily…the pimples that do come up heal faster. And not only that, but after each facial…my skin just feels cleaner. I’ve tried all sorts of products…from prescription to over-the-counter and nothing has been better. It took me a while to make that first appointment because it does cause a pretty penny. But it?s worth every one. I’ve also gotten my eyebrows done by her and she’s really good! She listens to what you want and spends the time to craft it. It?s not one of those 10 min. appointments! She really tries to make it fit your face shape and everything. She’s an A++Pros + ambience, service
