Where is the Best Eyebrow Threading & Shaping in Los Angeles, California?
As I was getting ready to write my review, I couldn’t help but notice what other people had said about this salon. It’s true that you can’t please everyone, but it seems that a great majority are quite pleased with their experience. You might ask why it matters what others have said. Well, my experience has been amazing, and I gladly pass along the info of the salon when people ask me where I get my hair done, but I feel reassured that I’m not an exception so if I refer friends and family, I know that they too will have be pleased with the service.I get my hair cut and colored on a regular basis. I have a very demanding career and unfortunately am not blessed with hours and hours that I can spend in a salon so I appreciate the fact that my appointment time is respected. I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes, and that’s been usually because I’ve arrived a few minutes early.The new location is clean, sleek, and modern. I have been a client to one of the esthetician’s at Serene Haven for the last year. Her name is Devyn and I recommend her. I have received several facials, chemical peels, airbrush tanning, and now also eyelash extensions from Devyn. She has a firm but gentle touch, and she listens to your concerns. There is a feeling of total understanding and desire to help you in feeling better about your skin and what you are there to achieve. I have never been disappointed in any of her services because she is highly skilled and she really listens to you and WANTS to see you happy. The same goes for all of the employees at Serene Haven with whom I have gotten services- Lucy (my manicurist!), Demi (my pedicurist!), and Helen & David for everything else!There is simply no reason not to try Devyn’s services, whether it is for a PAINLESS brazilian wax (if you’ve ever heard this phrase before, erase and come here for a whole new understanding!), a customized airbrush tan, or a soothing, hydrating a

I have been going to a colorist for years in Beverly Hills and decided it was time for a change. So i made an appt. w/the owner Rachel,i had heard she was great w/color. I told her i had just broken up w/my boyfriend and was so depressed, she immediately suggested going blonde instead of dark to make myself feel better. She said after a breakup is not the time to chop your hair off or go dark, you need a halo on your head she said. Well thats exactly what i have not only do I already feel better about myself, a cute guy asked me out shortly afterwards and my hair looks the best its ever looked.i am going back for a brow appt. w/Kelly this week and a haircut. I was a little skeptical of going to an eyebrow salon in the location it resides in. I was referred to Sarah an eyebrow/makeup artist at Damone Roberts Salon, and I was extremely impressed. Sooo impressed that I am writing a review. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the inside of the salon made me feel sooo relaxed and welcomed. I wasnt treated like an appointment, I was treated like I was a long time friend. Sarah was very instructional and conversational. My brows look amazing…I look like a completely different person. I cant wait to go back and see her. The wait wasnt too bad…there are plenty of magazines and refreshments to keep you busy. Completely impressed…and I walked out with a damone roberts eyebrow kit…so I have all of his stuff at my house…everyone should go.Pros + everything from environment to customer service!Cons – parking
