I had one of the most upsetting customer service experiences at Village Cleaners. I had been there a few times and although the work was mediocre and the prices on the high side, I kept going due to the proximity to my home. Never again. On my last visit to pick up some pants I’d asked to have hemmed, the woman working there processed my entire transaction without speaking a word to me but rather, glaring at me and literally slamming things around as she “helped” me- She slammed the button to make the clothing carousel go around, she slammed my order on the counter, she aggressively grabbed my credit card from my hand and slammed the receipt on the counter to sign. I was perfectly polite and respectful to this woman and couldn’t for the life of me understand her behavior. At last I asked, “Are you having a bad day?” to which she actually threw my receipt copy at me! As she stormed to the back of the store I said, “Well that’s the last time I come here!” She then came running at me from

I am impressed with the quality and friendliness here and highly recommend going here! Great spot, next to the PCC too.I?ve gone to many dry cleaners in the past. Often the person at the front desk is not knowledgable and I have had shirts come back with buttons missing. NOT HERE! In fact, a button was put on a shirt for me. Very friendly service. Good for the environment too!Pros + GREAT SERVICE, and good for EnvironmentCons – Parking Lot a bit small

Four Seasons is affiliated with Blue Sky Cleaners. This review is about Blue Sky Cleaners:A week before my wedding (I know I was cutting it close, but we had just moved from Denver eight days before the wedding and they promised they could get it done in time) I decided to get my wedding gown cleaned. It had a spot on the train (not really noticeable) and one wrinkle on the bodice. It had not been cleaned in the year that I owned it and after all the fittings and the move, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to get it cleaned. I brought it in on a nice, pink satin hanger. When I picked up my dress three days later, the dress was dirtier then when I first brought it in! It had a large yellow stain across the breast, the bodice was COMPLETELY wrinkled, there were four more spots on the skirt and the train, the entire bottom of the dress was covered in dust and lint, the sash was dirty and discolored, they lost my satin hanger, and while looking at my dress a button fell off in my hand! Two da

I have lived in the Montlake neighborhood for one year, and have taken my garments to Jays’ twice. The first time I said I was not returning, but I thought why not give them another chance. The first time I picked up my items and noticed a tag on my brand new sweater that read ” stain on shirt could not be removed.” Please consider this was the first time I had worn this black sweater. I searched and searched for the mysterious stain and never found it; however, what threw my off guard is: If you, as a business, have found a stain that you could not get out and have left a tag on my sweater – Why not communicate this to me before I leave your facility??? After all you are, supposedly, a second to none “fine cleaners.” My second experience was today. I had gone to pick up my scarf, of which I had dropped off a few days prior, and was estimated $4. To make a long story short. I paid $5.5. Its a scarf!!! And it’s not the measly $5.5, it’s the principle. In addition, the facility owners
