This place absolutely rocks. I needed six shirts, eight ties, two pairs of slacks and a suit all done within 24 hours at a moments notice, and the owner did not hesitate to accomodate nor did he charge extra. That’s what you call excellent service. And the clothes came back crisp and clean.Pros + Great service, fast turnaround timesCons – Small parking lot, short evening hours

It’s right across the street from Starbucks in Madison Park, and they’re the only ones that I’d trust w/ my Prada and Dolce, even have them do my shirts They rushed an order for me last week, no extra charge. I’ve only given my name once to the girl who works the counter, and have yet to repeat it.. she remembers me every time, and has my order coming out to me before I even step in. I moved to Bellevue a couple years ago; and still make the trip across the bridge to use them, I figure it’s worth the time to save me from lost and ruined clothes that I’ve experienced at other drycleaners. Pros + Lots of parking, Drive through, Great staff… Oh, and the best pizza by the slice next door. : )Cons – Can be busy at peak times, but they seem to be very popular in the area

Ange’s is a wonderful cleaner for your fine work clothes. Since they had done expert cleaning on my fine woolens, I thought they would be the ideal cleaner for my precious wedding dress, since they advertise bridal gown cleaning. The dress came back gray and discolored, and despite 3 attempts to bring the dress back to its original color, Ange’s failed. And to worsen the blow, their response was “well, you aren’t going to wear it again, are you?” and “I hope your marriage works out better than how the dress came out”. In fact, they blamed the bad cleaning on the dress, saying it must have whiteners on it and therefore it discolored. The dress is a $3500 Reem Acra, and in my opinion, if a store advertises they are expert bridal dress cleaners, they should be take responsibility. They even refused to refund the cleaning costs.Pros + Everyday cleaners, Great locationCons – , Expensive, Irresponsible

Seamstress was very nice and did a great job taking in my coat. My only complaint, is that she used cheap thread to sew the back. It was returned to me with the thread broke in several places. If that wasn’t the case she would of had a repeat customer.Pros + Very nice pleasant womanCons – shoddy alteration work
