Where is the Best Dry Cleaner in Minneapolis, Minnesota?

I wish I had read the other reviews of this place before I brought my wedding dress there to be cleaned. I brought it in on a Saturday, and was told it would be done by Friday. I came in on the next Monday to pick it up, and no one knew where my dress was. (At this point I was scared that they completely lost my dress, and left the place crying….) I was told the manager would call me to let me know they found my dress. He or she never called me, so I called them, where someone else told me that they send away the wedding dresses to be cleaned! He said it would be done on the next Friday. Well, that’s today, and I called, and the dress is still not done! I will never go to this place again!Pros + None.Cons – Everything.

I have had my clothes cleaned at Peter Pan, for the past 10 years or more. When I first became a customer and Sally was the owner, the cleaning was great. Later years Mary became owner and for years it was still great. My last encounter with the cleaners leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I went to pick up my dresses after 3 weeks and one had spots and something red had faded on it. The other dress wasn’t ready. I went back in another week or so, to get both dresses, and the one had not been cleaned at all, but it too had something red faded on it. I asked for the dresses just as they were. I tried to pre spot and wash them, the faded spots didn’t come out. I am devastated and decided that I need to be able to trust my dry cleaners. I can’t trust Peter Pan anymore. Cons – Not careful with the clothes

I am a concierge at a local hotel. Occasionally we have guests who have “dry cleaning emergencies’. When that happens, we always call Gopher Cleaners. They are the friendliest, most customer service oriented dry cleaners I have ever encountered. Since most of our guests don’t have vehicles, they will even stop by and pick up the items, clean & press them and then drop them back at the hotel for our guests. All at a price no higher than any other dry cleaner. They don’t take advantage of our guests’ dilemas. They still do all the dry cleaning on-site which is very rare these days. You’re much less likely to have missing clothes when you pick up your cleaning. Good prices, great people, open extra hours…what more can you ask for in a dry cleaner?Pros + Great customer service, extended hoursCons – Can’t think of any
