Where is the Best Dry Cleaner in Denver, Colorado?
Don’t ever take anything to this dry cleaners. My daughters each made a fancy dress for a dress ball. Over a week before the ball we took the dresses in to have them cleaned and pressed so that they would look their best. My wife decided to go to Colorado Lace because of their reputation. Big mistake. First it was very expensive compared to other cleaners, and one of the dresses came back with an ink mark from the ticket that they use to mark the different clothes. I took the dress back in, and they were going to remove the ink. They couldn’t get the dress back until the day before the ball, but we figured that would be fine. When we went back to get the dress, they had done nothing, apparently they needed to wet clean that spot and wanted our approval, but they did not even try to get a hold of us. And they needed another several days to do the cleaning. I told them to forget it, I wanted my money back. The person said “I can’t do that, you will have to talk to a manager” When I went
I called to ask for prices and she kept repeating we do not give prices over the telephone; I just wanted an average price for a scarf since just inherited a bag of scarves and just got ripped off by another dry cleaner. She was very rude to me and then hung up on me…she didn?t even let me get a word in. I do not trust anyone that can not say well, it could be $5 but no more than $10. Frustrating!!!
