Wow! Have you tried their pizza? Baylor Hospital is one lucky hospital to have pizza like this so close by. I went to the Elbow room for an early Saturday pizza and was floored by this amazing pizza. I am serious! This is the best pizza in Dallas! The thin crust pizza was my choice and it was hand tossed, with a light sauce and the best aged cheese! I chose the sausage topping and a few other items. The pizza was cooked perfectly and I had to force myself to NOT take another bite. The crust was by far the best thin crust I have had here in Dallas, and my godmother use to own her own pizza place in the Metroplex. As a bar, it was friendly, as soon as we walked in the bartender said hi from across the room with a big smile as I wandered from the 4 rooms and patio choices. Not too bad for what they are calling a neighborhood bar. It was roomy, surprisingly NOT SMOKEY for a smoking bar and had lots of games and seating choices.
