Everyone who works at Ted’s is incredibly friendly. They have a huge selection of sandwhich’s vegiterian made or meaty, daily specials, salads, side salads, lasagna, fruit, ready made sandwhichs so on and so forth. The prices are incredible and they don’t skimp on the fixings, they are piled sky high! Fresh baked goods too! My mouth waters just thinking about the place, in fact im going to go get a sandwhich later maybe something new like the salmon fillet…..or maybe a large greek salad or….oh the possibilitiesPros + Cheap, fast, healthyCons – So good they get very busy, can be in for a long wait

While I have to agree that this is not your typical Jewish deli, in a city where there just aren’t any good deli sandwiches it was a pleasant surprise. I had the Reuben, and while it was frustrating that it wasn’t griddled, I found the meat to be generous and VERY high quality. I have not had corned beef this good in the Bay Area at all, and the cole slaw was fresh and delicous as well. While I can still get a sandwich twice as good for half the price in Philly, I’ve given up on comparing sandwiches between here and the East. Stick to the simple cold sandwiches that highlight the meat, and you’ll be happy. Also, don’t even try David’s Deli, he should be arrested for charging that much for such crap ($15 reuben!) .Pros + Top quality meat, Good Service, Decent prices(for SF)Cons – , Not East Coast
