Where is the Best Deep Tissue Massage in Portland, Oregon?
My search for an incredible and perfect hair stylist is finally over!! Heather is absolutely the answer I have been waiting for. You guys, she is an angel sent from heaven!!!! I have been to way too many hair stylists and salons (seriously, it’s embarrassing to share all the places and people I have been to in order to find Heather) only to be disappointed. All my haircuts in the past have either been terrible, mediocre, or just something that I am not wowed by. You know those people you see walking down the street and you want to just stop and ask them where they get their hair done? Well….thanks to the lovely Heather, I am now one of those people! I have NEVER been one those people until I went to Heather! It’s not only that other people notice my fabulous hair, but I feel like a movie star now. I went to Blooming Moon for the first a few months ago and saw Ginny for a lash tint and wax and loved it! I was torn because I had another esthetician that I had been going to for over a year and was happy with the her work but not necessarily the whole salon that I had to go to to see her. I’m very picky about my brow and lip wax, my eyebrows keep on growing and having hair on your upper lip is never fun so I am always picky on who is going to do a good job with the brow shape for my face and not leave my eyebrows too thin and red and my lip puffy and pink. Ginny knows whats up and took care of me! The whole atmosphere at Blooming Moon was great, the location is close to my work, and the price is well worth it for the awesome services that they have. I went back this time with my husband, he got an perfect massage from Racheal and can’t wait to go back. Considering he is a guy who is not into the whole “spa” thing that I get excited about he was really impressed and felt comfortable
The Dragontree is such a special place. Just walking in the front door I feel I’m invited to let go of my daily stresses and experience peace and healing. I have had massage from Roxanne, Joy, John, Chrissy and Serena and they are all so gifted and present in the art of massage. When I started working out again I was of course sore and needed a soothing and gentle massage, and they do that so well. I typically however have tension headaches and postural problems which requires deeper massage and more knowledge and skill. I am so impressed with the quality and expertise of the therapists at The Dragontree. Each time I go, where ever I am physically, mentally and emotionally, each therapist has been receptive and attentive and I get exactly what I need. When I just have the time or money for a little bit of nurturing, it is amazing how much I benefit from a head, neck and shoulder massage or foot massage in the Sangha Room. The Sangha Room is a community room with big cushy couch
I cant say enough wonderful things about Nickol…. Im so impressed with her work on my hair. Nickol has been my stylist for years and I cant imagine having anyone but her color or cut my hair. She is a genius when it comes to color! She talks with you on what you are wanting done and really cares about the health of your hair which Ive never encountered before. Im used to paying someone to do what I ask and never received any input, even if what Im asking for will damage my hair, which I may not be aware of. Nickol wants the best for your hair and gives tips on keeping your hair beautiful. Im always completely satisfied with the results. After one such appointment, Nickol described to me the thermal straightening process after I complained one rainy day how my hair just seems a mess for so many months during the year since portland is so rainy. We did the thermal process on my hair and I absolutely love it! I can do my hair in the morning and even take the Max to work on a rainy day a
