That’s a good question. I would have to say Costa Rica would be your best bet. It has fishing in the Caribbean sea as well as the pacific so you can have two different fishing experiences on one trip. The fishing is excellent with a wide variety of fish on both the Caribbean and Pacific side. The locals are very friendly and the Prices to live there are extremely cheap.
