Where is the Best Day Spa in Dallas, Texas?

A girlfriend and I visited the Zaspa yesterday and really enjoyed our experience. I had a 50 minute pedicure with Jennifer and she had a 50 minute aromatherapy massage. When you enter the spa, you are offered a vodka shot, which definitely loosened us up for our treatments. The relaxing/waiting room is very cutely decorated, in an Asian theme. The “zero-gravity” pedicure chairs are a unique experience – they recline all the way back until your feet are elevated and you are almost laying flat. I almost fell asleep! I am a pedicure connoiseur and this was one of the best I’ve had in years. The place is small, but it is very nice and all the service providers are very friendly. This place oozes eroticism. I would most recommend Zaspa for a romantic experience. I would imagine the couples massage would be a nice beginning to a sexy evening. Zaspa is small and does not have some of the bells and whistles of places like The Crescent, but it is intimate and relaxing and overall a really great

My husband and I were there a few weeks ago for a couple’s massage. The old home is very nice, we love old homes. But the massages were pretty weak. The therapists did not ask us about our preferences, the one therapist conferred with my husband about his massage, but the one working on me didn’t barely say anything to me. They never checked with either of us about whether pressure was good or not, and both the massages were very weak. Neither my husband nor I wants super pressure, but some would be great. It was advertised as hot stone, but they only used 3 hot stones on each of us. It was WAY overpriced, we would go to a massage school and probably get a better massage.

As soon as my friend and I arrived to the Spa we were treated like royalty. The spa workers are very attentive. Our cucumber water never ran low and we had towels immediately after using the hot tub. I do have to state about the area that has the hot tub. It was average looking until I looked up at the ceiling. It was green, moldy and disgusting looking. I didn’t want to breathe that another minute. I truly never expected to see anything like that at this type of hotel. Anyway, I had the Sauvignon Massage. I did not see any difference between a Swedish massage and my Sauvignon Massage. I never even smelled grape extracts. I asked the masseuse and she assured me that they were used. I did appreciate the excellent customer service of the spa workers but the ambiance and massage were just okay.

I am so glad I found Artistik Edge! I recently moved to Dallas and was dreading finding a new stylist that I could trust. I read all the great reviews and decided to make an appointment with Lacy. She was wonderful! She made sure that she understood exactly what I wanted and didn’t force any of her ideas on me. She was very friendly, and after about 5-10 minutes into the consultation, I trusted her. She was very precise with the color and cut and she offered lots of options for what we could do with my style. I loved that she asked what tools I used to fix my hair and then gave me a cut that would look great with those tools. She was very friendly and relaxed. Ask for Lacy if you want attention to detail and precision. Thank you Artistik Edge!P.S. The staff was very friendly and hospitable.Pros + Attention to detail and precision with color and cutCons – Nothing

I received a a gift certificate for this spa for a full hour massage, starting with a 10-minute steam 2 years ago. Since then, I’ve tried the LaStone Massage (HEAVENLY!!), went back for more 1-hour massages and have given gift certificates for others to enjoy. The staff is very, very attentive and and the therapists are wonderful! The treatment rooms are lovely and so serene. The ambiance is perfect. I highly recommend this salon for pampering or stress relief!Pros + Ambiance, ValueCons – ..that it has to end 🙁
