I stayed at the Gaylord for a four day convention. I have to say just driving up to the property was amazing. The landscaping and attention to detail was something like you would see at Sea World or Disney. The entrance, lobby, resturants, courtyard… all were amazing. They really put a lot of time and money into this place and it really shows. Check in was very easy. I was given a key card to a room that someone was in already. The staff was very empathetic and very quick to upgrade me to a suite. The Staff must have had some customer service training as a requirement because they were all so helpful and nice. I went to the sports bar (fantastic by the way with all the tv screens) one night and was ordering drinks at the bar with some friends and we went back the next night and the bar tender must have remembered my name off of my tab and immediately greeted me “Welcome back Mr. Smith” Everything from the Glass Cactus, to the cigar bar with an on hand cigar specialist, this was t

I love this place. The staff are very friendly and care about your needs. The only down side is that I think they can maintain the dust in the salon. I see a lot of dust bunnies under the tables around the legs. Other then that everything else is wonderful! Especially their tea!

I have been to several spas at dallas and out of texas and the The Grand Spa does meet its expectations. The Receptionists was so very helpful when I called to book my appointment. Thy broke everythign down for me and took the time to get more than enough information for me. I felt bad keeping her on the phone for so long but she anwered every question and concern that I had. When i went in for my appointment, i was greeted wonderfully and i can not say how wonderful my services were!! I was not pressured into buying anything but after the great day, i went ahead and bought a couple of things to remind me of my day. Everything was quite punctual, I did not miss my doctors apointment that afternoon and I enjoyed my time. I will definetaly be visiting the Grand spa again!!Pros + friendly, helpful, great specials!!Cons – don’t do house calls

This time very proudly announcing he picked Sedona because they were the “Best Massage in Dallas and have special newfangled Saunas.” Not sure how your man is, but mine is a notorious last minute gifter so I pretty much get a gift certificate for some sort of spa treatment for every bday, mother’s day, etc. and I’ve never requested he re-buy at a certain spa because I’ve always felt there was still something better and wanted to keep trying until I found it. Well now for the 1st time, I have instructed him that this Mother’s Day my ?surprise? gift certificate MUST be from Sedona because everything about my experience there was so wonderful.Their reception staff was adorable and helpful and on the phone, staying on the line w/me until I found the parking garage, then even more adorable in person. As soon as I walked in, everyone was all smiles and I was pleasantly surprised when the owner came out to greet me, war
